Meet the Team

  • Registered Architect RAIA RIAI - NSW Registered Class 2 Design Practitioner.

    Since graduating from the Dublin School of Architecture, Eoin Patrick has led the design and delivery of projects ranging in scale from modest residential houses, to larger scale master plan projects. His work has covered, industrial, retail, medical, commercial and civic architecture here in Australia, the US and in Europe.

    Eoin Patrick approaches each project with a unique architectural response that embraces both innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration, creating projects that accurately align with Client’s ambitions, while having a clear relationship to each project’s specific context.

    Eoin Patrick worked in Sydney for several years with practices including SJB and FJMT, where he contributed to high profile projects including the ANZ Building, Castlereagh St, Sydney and the Chatswood Civic Centre, before returning to Dublin and founding a successful practice in 2006. Healy Architects, completed a variety of projects including the Allianz Ireland Ltd. Dublin Headquarters, the Dock Road Mixed Use Development, Limerick and a Barrington Mall, Masterplan for Limerick City.

    Eoin Patrick returned to Australia in 2014 to begin work with CHROFI, where he made substantial contributions to a number of projects including the Harbord Diggers Redevelopment, the Lune De Sang Pavilion, Marsden Park Pavilion and Gunyama Park & Aquatic Centre. Eoin Patrick established Eoin Architects in 2019.

    An RIAI Registered Architect with a passion for Sustainable Design and a strong background in Climate Change leadership. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Katherine has successfully undertaken diverse projects and assumed key roles across a number of organisations in Ireland and Australia. Katherine’s passion lies in the field of sustainability where she is focused on delivering positive outcomes for place and people, which includes developments that are healthy and resilient to the changing climate.

    Katherine holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a BSc (Arch) from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Katherine’s commitment to sustainable development has led her to earn a PostGrad Cert in Sustainable Development from UNSW and extensive training in sustainable building practices and energy efficiency. Katherine holds additional qualifications in Professional Energy Skills in NZEB, Building Performance and is a certified Passive House Designer through the PHI. These credentials, demonstrate Katherine’s commitment to designing for performance, healthy design and taking action on climate change while ensuring that she stays at the forefront of industry advancements.

    Katherine’s dedication to sustainability in the Built Environment, paired with a technical expertise and collaborative approach, enables her to make a meaningful impact in the field of Climate Action.
